What are the Clover integration requirements?

    In order to connect Clover to Backbar, you must have access to the Clover App Market. Backbar is not listed in the Clover App Market,  the integration must be initiated through Backbar.

    In order to connect Clover to Backbar, you must be able to access the Clover App Market. 

    By default this is usually the account Admin, typically the person who first setup the account. You can check who has access to the App Market by going to Employees > Permissions > Access app market

    If you see your role does not have permission, then you will not be able to integrate Backbar with your Clover login. Instead, please ask whoever the Admin of your Clover account is to use their login credentials when integrating with Backbar.

    To connect Clover and Backbar, you'll need to initiate the integration in Backbar by going to Sales > Dashboard and clicking Continue on the card that says Set up your POS now.

    From there, select Clover from the POS options and follow the prompts on the next page to connect Backbar with your Clover location. Once connected, you'll need to map your items from Clover to the corresponding items in Backbar to start tracking sales and depleting inventory.
