Desktop Mobile ### This article walks you through the process of inviting employees and team members to your venue and organization in the web app.   Managing the beverage program of a restaurant or bar is a lot easier with others to help. Plus, wait staff and bartenders can use Backbar to study up on the menu and drink offerings.   1. Click the **user icon** in the top-right corner of Backbar.   2. A modal will appear where you can enter the person's email address and assign their role. The new user **must use the email listed on the invite** or they will not align to the organization.* * If the user is an existing Backbar user, they will automatically join your organization and the user will receive a notification. ### This article walks you through the process of inviting employees and team members to your venue and organization in the mobile app.   Managing the beverage program of a restaurant or bar is a lot easier with others to help. Then tap **Invite users **from the list of options.   3.
